Answers to your biggest questions about mini-auditoriums
What is a mini-auditorium?
It is a storytelling group session based on a question/prompt on a certain topic.
Who is eligible to join mini-auditoriums?
A mini-auditorium session is exclusive for subscribers of Busy Season Journals. If you have a friend/colleague who wants to join future sessions, invite them to be a subscriber first.
Why should you join a mini-auditorium?
It is a unique opportunity to hear from other’s stories, insights, and perspectives. Plus, you get to develop your storytelling skills without taking too many risks.
What are the ground rules?
Share your personal story in response to the question/prompt. Your story can have different purposes, i.e., to inspire, warn, convince others to take action, etc. Your key message should be clear to everyone.
Due to the limited time and the number of sharers, each person gets only 4 to 5 minutes to share their story. As you share your story, be mindful of this time. While you wait for your chance, show respect by listening with understanding and without judgment.
When is the mini-auditorium happening? How long will it be?
The first mini-auditorium session will happen on March 3, 1 PM CET or 8 PM Singapore time. It will happen via Zoom and will last for around 40 minutes. The meeting will start exactly on time. Join early and don’t miss out on hearing the first story.
What is the question/prompt for this mini-auditorium?
Here it is: “How did you earn your first million? And what is your #1 tip for others wanting to earn their first million?”
How do I prepare?
You don’t need to prepare anything. But if you find this helpful, think ahead about the story you want to share and in what structure you plan to share it so you can deliver it within 4-5 minutes. You can take it as a challenge to be concise.
Great! How can I access the mini-auditorium?
If you reply “I’M IN” to this email, you will receive a Zoom link at least a day before the meeting. Accept the invitation and see you inside!
P.S. Slots are limited to only four people.
